The team members are familiar with labor law and dispute resolution legal technology, focus on collecting and researching laws, policies and industry information in this field, and are committed to providing accurate and timely legal services to clients.

Focus on assisting clients to establish labor and human resources compliance management systems, help deal with daily labor legal affairs, and be entrusted to handle complex labor contract disputes, labor and personnel disputes and disputes, especially in the signing and termination of labor contracts for executives of medium and large enterprises.

1. Review and revise various agreements and documents related to human resource management, such as employee labor contracts, collective contracts, training agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, etc.;

2. Formulate employee handbooks and establish company labor and personnel rules and regulations;

3. Provide lectures on special legal issues of labor law for human resource management departments;

4. Guide the company's human resource management department to sign, renew, change or terminate labor contracts with employees;

5. Provide special consulting services on labor protection, social insurance, welfare benefits, work-related injury claims and other matters;

6. Provide planning and special consulting services for personnel transfer, dissolution and resettlement plans in corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and liquidation procedures;

7. Participate in the mediation of labor disputes (including complex cases and mass cases) and represent labor arbitration or litigation;

8. Provide enterprises with special customized services for labor affairs.
