The Enterprise Crisis Response Center is a cross-departmental cooperation center that coordinates various professional departments of Jinqiao to provide a package of solutions for corporate customers after legal analysis and judgment of enterprise crisis.

The Enterprise Crisis Response Center is set up according to the requirements of the firm's professional, refined and cross-term cooperation business department construction. The main work of the center is to research and develop special legal service programs for lawyers to respond to criminal crises, administrative punishment crises and civil and commercial crises of listed companies and private enterprises, expand new business of corporate legal services, create new products with firm characteristics that provide precise legal services for listed companies, private enterprises and their executives, and provide one-stop and high-quality comprehensive legal services for listed companies, private enterprises and their executives to resolve various crises.

The Center has invited a number of legal experts and scholars from Peking University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Guangzhou University as expert consultants.

1. Provide listed companies and private enterprises with special legal services related to goodwill, operation, finance, administration and criminal investigation and other types of enterprise crisis response;

2. Serve as corporate compliance legal counsel and various special compliance consultants;

3. Serve as an agent, defender and administrator for various special legal affairs and cases involving listed companies, private enterprises and their executives such as civil, administrative, criminal, bankruptcy crisis, etc.
