Strategic Development Committee

The Strategic Development Committee is a specialized working organization that studies the development strategy of the firm under the leadership of the board of directors, takes a global and forward-looking strategic consideration of the firm's development, actively and meaningfully deploys the firm's broad blueprint for the future, and promotes the construction of branch offices in various regions according to the strategic layout, and supervises and manages them.

  Its job responsibilities are: responsible for researching strategic ideas and strategies for industry development, conducting research on business strategies related to product strategy, market strategy, marketing strategy, research and development strategy, talent strategy, and other aspects of the firm, and providing suggestions; Responsible for conducting research and providing recommendations on major strategic investments, capital operations, and asset management projects of the firm; Conduct feasibility studies on the establishment of branch offices of the accounting firm, expand the layout of branch offices, strengthen work connections and collaboration between the headquarters and branches, and promote the overall development of the accounting firm; Develop and revise management rules and regulations for branch offices, manage and inspect their daily work; Organize the annual meeting of the directors of the headquarters and branch offices; Handle other matters assigned by the board of directors.
